Delivery Partners

Parihita ships through established courier partners across India. Every order undergoes a quality check and is securely packaged before dispatch. If your pincode is not currently serviceable by our primary courier, we will reach out to arrange an alternative delivery solution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items sent by us.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Delivery estimates may vary during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. You can also track your order at any time by logging in and visiting My Account → Orders.

Domestic Coverage

We deliver to all states and union territories across India. International shipping is not currently available.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed in protective materials to prevent damage in transit. Fragile or delicate items such as silk sarees and embroidered pieces receive additional padding.

Undelivered Orders

If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please report it to us within 72 hours of the marked delivery date. After this window, courier companies are unable to initiate an investigation. Contact us at support@parihita.in or WhatsApp immediately.
